Landlords remain responsible for major structural maintenance and insurance unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

Exhibit Living may arrange minor maintenance or emergency repairs to protect the property or ensure guest safety.

Revenue distribution, fees, and responsibilities will be outlined in a separate management agreement between Exhibit Living and the landlord.
